Q.What is a Foam Party?
A.A foam party is the newest trend in party entertainment! Set to bring loads of foamy fun, several feet high from our super stacking foam cannon to your yard or event. People of all ages can enjoy foam parties! Our foam is hypo-allergenic, non-scented, non-toxic and biodegradable. Similar to baby shampoo, the foam is considered safe for children, pets and lawns. Add the experience with our SuperXfoam Specialist, complimentary music from our 6000-Watt Party Speaker and some Super Xtras and your foam party is sure to bring shockwaves of joy to your guests! Cleanup is easy as the foam dissipates quickly after the party. A foam party is perfect for birthday parties, schools, daycares, church events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, non-profit and corporate events, fairs, festivals, summer parties and more!
Q.What does the price include?
A.Super X Foam Packages are based on a 1 to 4 hour party rental experience with a description for each package. Additional foam time can be purchased in 30 minute increments, once a base foam package is purchased. Items in the Super Xtras section are based on a 2-hour rental experience and are only available, if a base foam package is purchased. Please contact us for a custom quote if you are looking for something additional or unique. We would love to hear from you! Items in the party favor section are purchased and you may keep those items for continued play at and after your event!
Q.Does the standard rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We will contact you 2- 4 days prior to your event to review your order and provide an estimated arrival time.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. The deposit is fully refundable, if you cancel your order at least 2 days prior to your event date.
Q.Do you charge for delivery?
A.The delivery charge is variable depending on your location. We currently provide service to Erie County, Niagara County, Cattaraugus County and Chautauqua County with delivery based on location. Please contact us if you live outside this service area and would like a quote.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept cash , credit cards or gift cards. Once your initial $50 deposit is paid, you can make any size payment up unto 2 days before the event date, when payment in full is due.
Q.Do you have a loyalty program?
A.Yes! You will earn loyalty points for money off future orders when you purchase any of our foam packages!
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.If you need to cancel the event, you must do so at least 2 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Please consider the weather on your event date, as we will not operate equipment or rentals in extreme weather. Safety is equivalent to having a fun and successful event!
